Exceeding your expectations

As your Toastmaster and Master of Ceremonies I will:

Receive and direct your guests as required.

Announce luncheon or dinner and direct your guests to their places.

Introduce your speakers and any entertainments.

Announce the winning numbers should you have a raffle.

Conclude the events and announce the total that has been raised.

It makes no difference if your charity event is large or small, the objective is to generate money for your cause and to raise awareness about your charity.

I as your Master of Ceremonies  will run your event from start to finish either in my traditional red coat or if you wish on a more informal basis.

At the conclusion of your charity event my work is not quite finished, even though you will no doubt be sending  thank you cards and letters out to everyone that has assisted in your event, I feel it is so important to publicly thank your contributors, volunteers and your regular staff for all the effort they have put into your event in making it a great success.

From my own prospective, I am a great believer in "giving something back "  and to this end I will work with you in order to achieve your goal.

As you would expect, contact between myself and your organiser prior to the  event is imperative, and  in order to establish the feel and flow of your event  we can talk and discuss the event as many times as you see fit and until such time as you are totally satisfied.
